The mountain office has plenty of parking and a picnic area next to Coal Creek. From the intersection of HWY 93 and HWY 72, take HWY 72 west 6.5 miles. The office is clearly marked on the left hand side. Please stop in and visit with us to learn more about recreation and living in the suburban mountains!

History

Byers and Sellers Mountain Properties, LLC was founded in April 1997 and was located on the Peak to Peak Scenic Highway. On October 31, 2003, the company relocated to its current location in Coal Creek Canyon, site of the old Cummings Realty office. To learn more about the office and area history, click here
